This is the best book I've read on nutrition yet! It is a quick and easy read but it packs in all the important information you need. I've lost about 10 lbs of fat and put on about 5 lbs of muscle since I bought this one, try it out!
Very Helpful Nutrition Information! (2010-06-01)
While this E-book was relatively concise, it was extremely helpful and easy to read. There were tips on everything from foods, meal plans, nutritional supplements, nutritional science, and eating for specific goals. I've changed how I eat a lot from this quick but very good read. Definately worth while
